This Kissimmee villa is a 5 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse amenities, which include - free with your stay - a resort pool, waterslides, splash pad, and fitness center. There is also a community game room, marketplace and grille, DVD Rentals, movie theatre and ATM.
Directly across the street from Anna's Cabana is a park that has several different kinds of playground equipment for hours of fun!
When you don't feel like taking the short walk to the clubhouse, just relax in your own newly resurfaced private south facing pool and spa. Around the lanai patio table, there is seating for 8, and seating for 4 more in comfortable loungers.
This villa features a Ring doorbell and cameras on the side of the house. There are no cameras inside the house. This home is also equipped with the REME HALO LED whole home air purifier.

This house is only an 8 minute drive from the Disney World Gate - Get to Disney World's 50th anniversary celebrations quickly! - and just over 20 minutes to Universal!
Located in Kissimmee, close to the major highways and restaurants, Anna's Cabana is about a half hour from the MCO airport. We are no more than a 90 minute car trip to either Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, or St. Pete Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
